The main goal of our symposium is to bring together basic science and clinical experts in the field of angiogenesis to facilitate the exchange of ideas and science involving basic biology and pathways of angiogenesis and new anti-angiogenic agents that can be used for specific targeting of tumor blood vessels and stroma. Moreover, the clinician scientists will present the results of ongoing clinical trials on anti-angiogenic therapy.
